Booking Terms & Conditions

All services directly booked through Bungaree Station are subject to the following terms and conditions. If you have booked through a third party, you will need to contact that agent to check their booking terms and conditions.

Accommodation Booking terms

  • Online bookings through our secure online booking system will ensure that you get instant confirmation and best available rates. Online bookings require full payment with visa or mastercard at the time of booking.
  • Alternatively bookings can be made by emailing info@bungareestation.com.au or calling us on 08 8842 2677 (from overseas +61 8 8842 2677).
  • We are happy to hold a tentative booking (with no payment) for an agreed period of time while you finalise other arrangements. Tentative bookings can be made with us by phone or email.
  • Please do not exceed maximum guest numbers listed for each accommodation building or the booking may be cancelled without refund.
  • Toddlers/infants (0-2 years) are not included in the total guest numbers. If you would like to borrow a portacot or highchair, please let us know as we have a small number available at no charge, subject to availability (prior booking required).
  • Given Bungaree is a working farm, with both livestock and native animals, pets are not permitted.

Accommodation Cancellations and Changes

  • Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel a tentative or confirmed booking, so we can make these dates available to others.
  • It is the responisbility of the client to confirm tentative bookings with payment within the required timeframe, otherwise the booking may be cancelled without notice. No fee applies to cancellation of tentative bookings.
  • Please do not exceed maximum guest numbers listed for each accommodation building or booking may be cancelled without refund.
  • Any booking changes or cancellations should be made by contacting Bungaree Station directly on telephone 08 8842 2677 or email info@bungareestation.com.au.
  • Accommodation bookings can be changed or cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to booking commencement date but will result in an $88 administration fee per building per night.
  • Accommodation booking changes are unable to be made less than 2 weeks before the booking start date.
  • Accommodation booking cancellations within 2-14 days of commencement incur a cancellation charge of 50% of total payment, while bookings cancelled within 2 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Excess cleaning and damages

  • We ask you to treat our property with care and show respect for our guest services staff. It is the guests’ responsibility on departure to leave the cottage tidy and in a respectable condition. If extra cleaning is necessary a minimum charge of $55 may apply.
  • We understand that accidents can happen. Any breakages or damages to goods and property is the guests’ responsibility and will be invoiced to the guest.

Event Booking Terms

  • We reccommend making a tentative booking for events, which will enable sufficient time to check availability of key attendees and any preferred suppliers.
  • It is the responisbility of the client to confirm tentative bookings with payment within the required timeframe, otherwise the booking may be cancelled without notice. No fee applies to cancellation of tentative bookings.
  • Payment of a deposit is required to confirm function bookings within a specified period. Function booking deposits are non refundable if the function is cancelled.
  • Function bookings are subject to specific booking terms set out in relevant booking documentation.
